Tom Hopper is an English actor, best known for his roles as Sir Percival in the BBC series Merlin, Billy Bones in the Starz series Black Sails, and Luther Hargreeves in the Netflix series The Umbrella Academy.
In Game of Thrones, he portrayed Dickon Tarly in the seventh season. He replaces Freddie Stroma, who portrayed the character in the sixth season.[1]
