Tobias Menzies is a British actor, best known for his regular role as Brutus on the HBO series Rome', Andrew Lawrence on the BBC series Spooks and as "Black Jack" Randall in Starz's Outlander.
In Game of Thrones he plays Edmure Tully. He was announced as a guest star in the third season at San Diego Comic-Con 2012.[1]
Menzies was cast in Rome alongside Ciarán Hinds by Game of Thrones casting director Nina Gold. He has also appeared in the films Finding Neverland (2004), Casino Royale (2006), Atonement (2007), and Forget Me Not (2010).
