The Titan's Daughter is a trading galleon from Braavos, captained by Ternesio Terys. The ship is named after the Titan of Braavos and its prow is shaped like a woman.
History
Season 4
While the Titan's Daughter is anchored at Saltpans, Arya Stark secures passage to Braavos aboard the ship by showing the iron coin Jaqen H'ghar had given her and whispering the words "Valar Morghulis" to Ternesio Terys, the captain.[1]
Season 5
A while later, the ship arrives back in Braavos, passing underneath the Titan into the harbor, from where Terys delivers Arya to the House of Black and White.[2]

In the books
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the Titan's Daughter is painted purple. She is a galleas, a hybrid between a galleon and a galley, with a gilded prow and three masts with purple sails, as well as a double bank of oars.
