I wondered sometime now, but could it be that Macumber is a reference to the giant Ymir of the Norse Mythology. It's sad in the Edda that Ymir was the primeval beeing and was slain by Odin, Vili and Vé. They fashoned the earth from his body - his eyebrows Midgard was made, and from his skull the sky. Would make a lot sense, because the Norse mythology and it's story of creation there's a lot reference to Ice and Fire. - Aki-chan86 11:27, February 7, 2017 (UTC)

Possibly, but we're not really sure where the specific name came from, it's not in the novels.--The Dragon Demands (talk) 04:46, February 8, 2017 (UTC)
