We don't have as much confirmation that MacMillan has been cast. With McTavish we at least had a post on his Instagram confirming he was in the same region they were filming. But I look at the photos in the collage there and I'm not even sure they're the same person...of course, because he shaved his head recently. Crud. I wish they'd just tell us this stuff.
