Ser Simon Strong is an unseen character in Game of Thrones. He is long dead by the time of the series. He was the Castellan of Harrenhal at the beginning of the Dance of the Dragons.
Biography
When Rhaenyra Targaryen's husband Daemon circled the castle of Harrenhal on his dragon Caraxes, Simon struck his banners and surrendered.[1]
