The Sea of Myrth[1] is a large inlet of the Narrow Sea, located in south-western Essos where it separates the Disputed Lands from the lands further north. The Free City of Myr lies on the eastern coast of the Sea of Myrth, while Tyrosh lies on an island at the mouth of the sea.

In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, the Sea of Myrth is in the same location.
