Paxter is a grandson of Ser Simon Strong[a] and either the brother or cousin of Germund Strong.

Paxter Strong is present when Daemon Targaryen arrives at Harrenhal to claim the castle for Rhaenyra Targaryen. Paxter and Simon Strong serve Daemon dinner while discussing how to make House Tully declare for the Blacks.[1]
