Nina Gold is the Emmy-winning London casting director for Game of Thrones.
Career
Apart from casting the various actors for the show, she has worked on numerous other shows and movies, including Hott Fuzz, The King's Speech, Prometheus, Les Misérables, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. She was also the casting director for the previous HBO show, Rome.
She lives in northwest London, England.

Nina Gold won the Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series 2015 Emmy Award for Season 5 of Game of Thrones.[1]
A phrase often circulated around fansites is "In Nina Gold we trust" (or "In Nina we trust"), a joking reference that while viewers may be uncertain about casting speculation for upcoming major roles in the TV series, in past seasons Nina Gold has consistently picked actors (some of whom were relatively unknown at the time) who turned out to be excellent.[2]
