Joanna David (born Joanna Elizabeth Hacking; 17 January, 1947) is an English actress. She has appeared in the films Anna Karenina and You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger and the television series Sense and Sensibility, The Last of the Mohicans, War and Peace, Ballet Shoes, Rebecca, The Agatha Christie Hour, Jackanory, First Among Equals, Prince Caspian and the Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Inspector Morse, Pride and Prejudice, A Touch of Frost, Dalziel and Pascoe, Foyle's War, Heartbeat, Midsomer Murders, Agatha Christie's Marple, Holby City, Downton Abbey, Death in Paradise, Doctors, and Casualty.
In House of the Dragon, she portrayed Lady Joselyn Redwyne in the first season. Her son, Freddie Fox, portrays Gwayne Hightower in the second season.
