Jamie Michie is a Scottish actor. In Game of Thrones, Michie plays Steelshanks. He was announced in the role October 31, 2012.[1]
He has starred in the movie Route Irish (2010), and in the series Midsomer Murders and The Bill. His uncle is John Michie star of the long-running Scottish detective series Taggart. Before his uncle achieved success, he advised his nephew not to make acting his profession.[2]
