Template:Noble house House Blount is a vassal house from the Crownlands. It holds fealty directly to the elected monarchs of the Six Kingdoms.
History
During the Great Tourney at Harrenhal, a knight of House Blount participated. His squire and two others assaulted the young Lord Howland Reed. Subsequently, a mystery knight known as the Knight of the Laughing Tree defeated the knight and had him discipline his squire.[1]

- Ser {Boros Blount}, a knight of the Kingsguard. Killed by Sandor Clegane during the Battle of King's Landing.
In the books
In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, House Blount is a vassal house sworn to the Iron Throne. They blazon their arms with a red bend sinister between two black porcupines on green.
