Ghiscar was a dragon who was bred by House Targaryen. After its death, its skull decorated the Red Keep in King's Landing.

Season 1
Ghiscar is one of the dragons mentioned by Viserys Targaryen as he baths with Doreah in Vaes Dothrak.[1]
In the books
In the A Song of Ice and Fire, there is no mention of a dragon named Ghiscar.
