Lord Forrest Frey is the Lord of the Crossing and head of House Frey during the Dance of the Dragons.

Forrest and his wife Serena treat with Prince Jacaerys Velaryon at the Twins. He swears allegiance to Rhaenyra in exchange for the promise of being granted Harrenhal after the war.[1]
In the books[]
In Fire & Blood, Forrest Frey was a suitor to Rhaenyra when she visited the riverlands in 112 AC. After boldly asking for Rhaenyra's hand openly, he was dubbed "Fool Frey."
