Eileen Shim is a Korean-American screenwriter. She is a member of the writing staff on House of the Dragon prequel TV series, credited with writing episode 8 of Season 1.
Biography[]
Eileen Shim was born in South Korea: when she was nine years old she moved with her family to New York City, USA. A Yale graduate, she studied comparative literature focusing on Gothic horror. She worked as a journalist for several years at NBC before getting into screenwriting.
She developed the horror series Light as a Feather which ran for one season on Hulu in 2019.
