Ser Eddard Waters, also known as Red Ned, is a bastard hedge knight from the Crownlands during the Dance of the Dragons, who briefly served as a member of King Aegon II Targaryen's Kingsguard.

Eddard is currently in the service of King Aegon II Targaryen.[2]
