The Dun Fort[1] is a castle in the port-town of Duskendale. It formerly served as the seat of House Darklyn, and the administrative center of Duskendale.[1]

In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, Brienne visits the Dun Fort during her search for Sansa. She wishes to speak with Lord Renfred Rykker, but he is not there; the guards tell her he rode to Maidenpool with Randyll Tarly. The castellan who was assigned to look after Lady Rykker and her children, Ser Rufus Leek, cannot help Brienne, and sends her to the maester of the castle, a bald man with a freckled scalp and a red mustache. The maester tells Brienne about the Darklyns and whatever he knows about Dontos Hollard.
