In the A Song of Ice and Fire novels, there has been no mention of the name of the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard during the reign of Aenys I Targaryen. The only character by that name is the legendary Ser Serwyn of the Mirror Shield, who allegedly killed the dragon Urrax.
